At Glasswall, we are doing things a bit differently. Good different. And we’re not just talking about it; we’re walking the walk. The amount of learning, growth, progression, and positivity that we are experiencing right now makes the team excited and privileged to be here and be part of our evolution.
We are on the hunt to add exceptional talent to our team - the next generation of talent who will be as excited as we are by modern thinking, ways of working and engineering practices. There’s a lot of cool things happening here coupled with incredible opportunities for learning, contribution, ownership and delivering world-class products that genuinely make handling digital documents safer for all.
A big part of our culture is openness, transparency, and diversity. We are striving to publish more of our work to the broader community and have closer engagement and collaboration with our customers and partners. We aim to find diverse and talented individuals from all walks of life and previous industry experience. Bringing different perceptions to the work we do; we believe we do it better. We have recently established an Organisational Health Committee and a Women In Tech group to better support openness, transparency and diversity here at Glasswall. We are constantly improving employee engagement in a hybrid and global working environment.
The talented candidate will join our growing DevOps team, interacting closely with the product engineering, customer success and sales teams. Key focuses are the build and release management of our software, delivering successful implementations of our solutions for our customers (who are predominantly US defense and intelligence organisations), ensuring they can integrate and host our products within their own high-security environments. This will require the individual to be eligible to obtain Secret and Top-Secret US security clearances. The candidate will also be supporting the high availability of our cloud-hosted platforms.
Given the nature of this role, candidates with strong software development and automation skills are required. Along with talents for cloud infrastructure, communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.
